Consultation flow

The patients with appointments are prioritized regarding the consultation order at the clinic.

We do accept walk-in patients, but please be advised that patients without appointments may have to wait depending on the situation. In some cases, the consultation time may be delayed due to the patient’s medical condition or necessary procedures, even though you have an appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

As for booking an appointment, we adopt an online reservation system.
The online reservation system is explained only in Japanese.
If you have difficulty reading Japanese, here is an aid to make a booking.
A first-time patient can make an initial appointment online.
Same day reservations are also available from 8 AM.

A dermatologist will examine the patient. Some skin conditions can be cured in relatively short period of time with oral or topical medication, while others may take longer to treat and necessitate daily skin care at home. The doctor or other staff will give some advice on how to perform daily skin care. If you have any concerns about the use or timing of your medication, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Prescription and payment

You will receive your medication basically outside the clinic. If you require treatment with medication, you will be given a prescription at the reception, which you should take to your local pharmacy or your family pharmacy within four days of issue.
Please note that only cash is accepted for payment.

Next appointment

If we need to determine the efficacy of the treatment or you need regular check-ups, you can make your next appointment at the reception. If you are unsure of your availability when you leave, you can also book an appointment online by yourself. Once you have obtained a booking, you can make changes to it yourself online. If you have difficulty operating the system, you can also do this over the phone.
